Helpful Information
Please arrive at our main entrance within your chosen time slot.
Latecomers and those without a ticket may not be admitted.
Our entrance is a short two-minute walk from our main car park.
Last entry to the museum is 4:30pm.
We are transforming our museum. Therefore, some experiences and areas may be closed or unavailable on the day of your visit.
Station Hall will be closed until 2024 to carry out essential works. Find out more on our Station Hall page.
