Somerleyton Swing Bridge Tour for 6

A private tour of Somerleyton Swing Bridge in the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads National Park.

This Edwardian swing bridge dates from 1905, and still swings every day for boat traffic on the river Waveney. The tour can facilitate 6 people, which will involve being talked through and observing the opening and closing of this historic bridge for river traffic, and a chance to see the original winding motors in action.

There will be an opportunity to take photographs and ask questions as well. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes and involves a walk of approximately half a mile. Whilst they will endeavour to operate the bridge during the tour, this is subject to operational availability on the day.
