Piccadilly Line Upgrade Visit with TfL’s Stuart Harvey & Glynn Barton for 6 An opportunity to see the new Piccadilly line train, a potential ride on a test train and see the new Piccadilly line, with Stuart Harvey, Chief Capital Officer and Glynn Barton, Chief Operating Officer at TfL.

TfL are modernising the Piccadilly Line in a £2.9bn investment programme to help the line run more reliably, safely, inclusively, and sustainably. This includes introducing a new fleet of trains from 2025. The Piccadilly line accounts for more than 10% of all journeys on the Tube, with around 200 million trips annually (before the pandemic) between destinations across north and west London, Heathrow Airport, the West End and King's Cross/St Pancras International.

As well as adding new trains, TfL will also be upgrading ageing assets on the line. The work will be done in stages across the line to help make sure it has a minimum impact on our customers. Donated by Stuart Harvey, Glynn Barton, and Transport for London
